There are so many ways to become involved with NMSF! We can use your help handing out programs and cushions, as a Greenshow performer, as an actor, or as backstage crew.

The summer shows are free to the public and no tickets are needed.
NMSF is a non-profit and any donations are tax-deductible to the extend allowed by law.
All NMSF performance locations are ADA accessible. The summer productions have nights of ASL interpretation. Programs are available online so they may be read in larger print.

You do not have to purchase tickets to attend Summer Festival
performances.
There is ample, well-lit free parking available at the Veteran’s Memorial Park and the Winrock park. There is street and paid parking lots in Old Town.
Yes – the Summer performances are kid-friendly.
2024 performances will be approximately 2 hours long, including a brief intermission.
Weather updates will be on the NMSF Facebook and Instagram pages, and on our website on the home page and event page for that evening.
Summer festival dates for 2024 were June 7 – July 6, with performances on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 7:30 p.m. at the NM Veterans Memorial Park.
The Merry Wives of Windsor was performed at Old Town Plaza on Thursday June 13 starting at 7:30 p.m. and at the new Winrock Park on Thursday June 20 and Thursday June 27 at 7:30p.m.
Rehearsals for the Summer Shakespeare Festival usually begin in late April.

We recommend that you have some experience before auditioning.
Casting will be completed within 2 weeks of the audition dates and everyone who auditioned will receive a notice of who has been cast in which show.

No. Greenshow performances are considered NMSF volunteers and will not be compensated.
